Evangelize
We evangelize the lost in our local community through the Ministry of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. This is accomplished through various means including: Open air preaching, displaying Gospel signs, praying for/with people, engaging in 1:1 Gospel conversations, distributing Gospel tracts, Bibles, and other Christian literature, and serving the community in tangible ways in accordance with Matthew 25:31-46.
Equip
We come alongside believers from various local churches who have a clear profession of faith and a desire to reach the lost with the Gospel by training them to do the work of an evangelist according to Scripture. While we do recognize that there are various methods for reaching the lost, we do not use the clever devices of man to reach people by watering down the Gospel in an effort to make the message more palatable to man. Rather, we preach the full Gospel of Jesus Christ which includes the wrath of God against guilty sinners and His grace to save all those who would repent of their sin and place their faith and trust in Him alone for salvation. The gospel is the power of God unto salvation, not the eloquence or extrabiblical devices of man. When individuals are ready to start an evangelism ministry of their own, we help supply them with the necessary resources to get them started and continue to encourage them and provide counsel along the way.
Edify
We aspire to buildup, encourage, and strengthen the local church by discipling fellow believers in the faith and promoting Christlikeness in all aspects of life. Scripture commands us to reprove, rebuke, and exhort one another in the faith, and to keep one another accountable to God through the faithful teaching and admonishment of His Word. There are various means of grace by which God has given us to grow in sanctification and that includes the study of His Word, prayer, and the fellowship of the saints. We stress the importance of prioritizing these three graces in the every day life of believers for their individual good, for the good of the local church, and for the glory of God alone.
“Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus:”
